Refund & Cancellation policy.

At Signature Solutions LLC., we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service and satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where clients may need to cancel or request a refund for our remote online notary and apostille services. Please review the following refund and cancellation policy: 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Requests: We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours of notice prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow us to accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.

No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee and/or forfeit their appointment deposit.

Refund Policy: 

Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, such as if our services were not rendered due to technical issues on our end, or if we are unable to fulfill the client's request for service, clerical errors; If there is a clerical error made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, etc.), we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be provided.

Refund Requests: Clients must submit their refund requests in writing, detailing the reason for the request and providing any relevant documentation, within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or third-party processing fees, may be non-refundable and will be clearly communicated to the client at the time of booking. If a closing doesn't go according to plan, where one party cancels their closing after their documents have been notarized, the full price of the agreed closing cost stands and shall be paid for by party. 

Examples of Non-Refundable Circumstances: 

Client Error: If the error is due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, refunds will not be issued. Change of Mind: Services rendered cannot be refunded due to a change of mind or circumstance after the notarization is complete.

Exceptions: 

Unforeseen Event: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or government regulations, we reserve the right to modify or suspend our services without liability.

Discretionary Refunds: In exceptional cases where clients experience extenuating circumstances, we may exercise discretion in granting refunds or waiving cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability in the event of an error is limited to the cost of the service provided.

By engaging with our remote online notary and apostille services, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
